Genesis 1 - 3
Today the passage that probably got me thinking the most was Gen 3:17 where God was punishing Adam. In my marriage prep classes we talked a lot about the responsibility the husband has in marriage and how we should listen to our wives but ultimately we make the final decision. I will always be there and support my wife but ultimately I answer to God and even if my wife happens to be pushing me to do something that I know is ungodly that I will be held accountable for it. Really though this isn't about who is tempting me to do something ungodly but keeping priorities straight and realizing that I answer to God.
